Vivage Clinique operates as a private medical clinic specialising in aesthetic, regenerative and integrative medicine, located in Portimão, Portugal. All services are provided by licensed physicians in compliance with Portuguese healthcare legislation and the applicable codes of medical ethics.

By using our services or website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

All medical procedures and consultations at Vivage Clinique are performed exclusively by licensed physicians. Any treatment plan is established following an individual medical assessment and requires informed consent from the patient prior to the procedure.

The clinic reserves the right to decline a service when, in the clinical judgement of the physician, the procedure is contraindicated or not in the best interest of the patient.

Appointments may be booked by telephone, email or through the contact form on our website. A booking confirmation is sent to the patient's provided contact details.

Patients are requested to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter consultation time or rescheduling, at the clinic's discretion.

We ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to other patients on a waiting list.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without justification may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

Prices for treatments and consultations are provided during the booking process and confirmed at the time of the appointment. All prices include applicable taxes.

Payment is due at the time of the procedure. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Financing options may be available for certain treatments; please enquire at the clinic.

Vivage Clinique is committed to providing services of the highest medical quality. All procedures are performed in accordance with medically accepted standards and best practices. However, no medical procedure is entirely free of risk, and results may vary between individuals.

The clinic is not liable for results that differ from expectations when the procedure has been performed in accordance with the agreed protocol and informed consent has been provided.

All content on the Vivage Clinique website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Vivage Clinique and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portimão, Portugal.
