Hyperpigmentation corresponds to the darkening of skin areas due to increased production or deposition of melanin, which can manifest as blemishes such as melasma, solar lentigines or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Laser Chrome treatment uses wavelengths that act selectively on the pigment, promoting its progressive fragmentation.
Indicated to even out skin tone and reduce the intensity of blemishes, including solar lentigines, spots associated with photoageing and skin tone irregularities. The approach is adapted to the type and depth of the blemish.
Laser technology is applied in a controlled manner to areas with hyperpigmentation, acting selectively on the pigment. Treatment is performed in progressive sessions, with parameters adjusted to each type of blemish and skin characteristics.

Fast recovery. Mild redness or transient darkening of blemishes may appear after sessions. Rigorous sun protection is mandatory during and after the protocol.
It may not be indicated for very tanned skin, pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain active dermatological conditions or recent use of photosensitisers. Some forms of hyperpigmentation, such as melasma, require a specific and careful approach. The indication is confirmed in a medical consultation.
