Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a non-invasive technology that uses polychromatic light pulses to act selectively on the pigment and blood vessels of the skin.
Indicated in the treatment of blemishes, redness, rosacea, signs of photoageing and skin tone irregularities, promoting a more uniform, luminous and balanced skin.
Polychromatic light is emitted in controlled pulses, acting selectively on the target pigment and vessels through the principle of selective photothermolysis. Treatment is performed in sessions, with parameters adapted to skin type and clinical indication.

FIRST VISIBLE EFFECTS
Fast recovery, with mild redness and sometimes transient darkening of blemishes after sessions. The resumption of daily activities is immediate. Rigorous sun protection during and after treatment is recommended.
It may not be indicated for very tanned skin, pregnancy, breastfeeding, photosensitive epilepsy, use of photosensitising medications or certain active dermatological conditions. The indication is confirmed in a medical consultation.
