Chemical peel is a dermatological treatment indicated to promote skin renewal, improving texture, luminosity and uniformity of skin tone. Through the controlled application of specific chemical agents, the treatment stimulates cellular regeneration.
Indicated to attenuate blemishes, irregularities, fine lines and signs of photoageing. The peel can be superficial, medium or deep, according to the skin needs and the defined treatment plan.
The chemical agent — glycolic acid, salicylic, mandelic, TCA or others — is applied in a controlled manner to the skin surface, inducing programmed cellular renewal. The depth and type of peel are defined following individualised medical skin assessment.

After the procedure, redness and peeling may appear for 3 to 7 days, depending on the depth of the peel. It is essential to protect the skin from the sun and follow the doctor's instructions for post-treatment care.
