Polynucleotides (PDRN – Polydeoxyribonucleotide) are low molecular weight DNA fragments used in aesthetic and regenerative medicine for their biostimulatory and tissue-repairing action. They act through the activation of adenosine A2 receptors, promoting cell proliferation, collagen synthesis and regeneration of the extracellular matrix.
Indicated for improvement of skin quality, stimulation of tissue regeneration, deep hydration and skin vitality. They contribute to the improvement of microcirculation and hydration, resulting in skin with greater elasticity, quality and biological vitality.
Polynucleotides are administered through intradermal microinjections in the areas to be treated. The protocol is defined following medical assessment, generally performed in spaced sessions.
