Under-eye filler is a medical procedure performed with hyaluronic acid, indicated to improve the appearance of dark circles associated with volume loss and shadow formation in the infraorbital region.
Indicated to correct volumetric dark circles caused by periorbital fat loss, improving projection in the region and reducing the appearance of tiredness and ageing of the eyes.
Hyaluronic acid is applied to the infraorbital region through microinjections or cannula, with meticulous technique that respects the delicate anatomy of the periocular area. The procedure is performed in a clinical setting by a specialised doctor.

Mild swelling or bruising in the periocular area may appear in the first 48 to 72 hours. It is recommended to avoid pressure on the area and exposure to excessive heat. The resumption of daily activities is immediate.
This is one of the most technically demanding areas due to anatomical complexity. At Vivage Clinique, the procedure is performed with rigour and clinical experience. It may not be indicated in cases of pregnancy, breastfeeding, pigmented dark circles (of melanotic origin), active infections or hypersensitivity to the product. The indication is always confirmed in a medical consultation.
